Brendan Morgan is the Commercial Director responsible for leading and overseeing the commercial and financial management of projects across the business. He ensures that projects are commercially robust, financially controlled, and delivered in line with contractual obligations under both standard forms of NEC and JCT contracts. Offering continue advice and support across the business with his strong commercial acumen.
Brendan works closely with Estimating, Commercial, and operational teams to manage budgets, monitor project performance, and control risk. He supports negotiations with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to achieve the best value and protect margins, ensuring compliance with contract requirements throughout.
He also provides commercial guidance across the business, implementing processes and reporting to support effective decision-making and sustainable growth.
