John Morgan a personable Contracts Manager, responsible for managing civils and groundworks projects from contract award through to completion. He oversees day-to-day project delivery, ensuring works are carried out safely, on programme, and in line with contractual requirements.
John works closely with site teams, subcontractors, and the commercial team to coordinate works, manage change, and resolve issues as they arise. He monitors progress, supports cost control, and helps ensure projects are delivered to agreed standards and budgets. John also aid’s feedback to the preconstruction department of the business ensuring that lessons are learnt for the future.
He also acts as a key point of contact for clients and consultants, supporting effective communication and smooth project delivery which he successfully delivers repeat business through his involvement.
