Rhys Griffin is an undergraduate Trainee Quantity Surveyor supporting the commercial and project teams in the management of costs and contractual obligations across civils and groundworks projects. He assists with measurement, cost reporting, and preparation of tender documentation under the guidance of senior commercial staff.
Rhys works closely with site and commercial teams to track project costs, maintain accurate records, and support the delivery of projects within budget. He is gaining experience in cost control, variation management, and contract administration to develop his professional skills in quantity surveying.
