Rob Cutter is the Health & Safety Advisor responsible for promoting and maintaining a safe working environment across all projects. He ensures compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and supports site teams in implementing best practice procedures, with the goal of making sure our workforce remains in safe working environment for all to go home in good order at the end of a working day.
Rob carries out risk assessments, audits, and inspections, provides guidance and training to staff and subcontractors, and monitors performance to help prevent incidents. He plays a key role in embedding a strong safety culture throughout the business while supporting operational and project teams, with a key focus on mental health.
