Tom Diggle is the Operational Director dedicated and hardworking, he is responsible for overseeing the delivery of civils and groundworks projects across the business. He ensures projects are planned, resourced, and delivered safely, on programme, and to the required quality standards.
He works closely with estimating, commercial, and site teams. Tom supports projects from pre-construction through to completion, providing operational guidance and resolving issues as they arise. He oversees site teams and subcontractors, ensuring works are carried out efficiently and in line with agreed programmes to the clients satisfaction.
Tom maintains a strong focus on health and safety, quality, and productivity, while supporting commercial objectives and client requirements. He also assists with resource planning and contributes to the continuous improvement of operational processes.
