Land remediation, manage and deliver an all risk package comprising of Bulk Earthworks and Disposal of Surplus material in line with a CLAIRE Material Management Plan to ensure end use is safe, Provide Masonry Screen walls, Foundations, Substructure masonry, Adoptable Foul and Storm Drainage, SAB features and attenuation tanks, Main Services/utilities, Adoptable roads and Footpaths. Provide all temporary enabling works to allow transportation and placement of the modular units.
