Bulk Earthworks within a green field site, disposal of Surplus Inert Material, Foundations with bolt assembly boxes to carry steel frame, Substructure masonry, Concrete floors and finishes, Foul and Storm Drainage, SAB features and permeable paving, Main Services/utilities, Effluent tanks & Associated drainage, Soft and hard landscaping.
